Fellowship Program

About High Street Equity Partners (HSEP)

High Street Equity Partners is an early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to harnessing the power of underrepresented founders and overlooked geographies. We drive innovation by tapping into uncharted territory and empower the best talent from a diverse range of backgrounds.

About the Fellowship

The HSEP Fellowship Program is a unique one-year opportunity for dual career professionals interested in gaining exposure to the venture capital landscape. As an HSEP Fellow, you will navigate a learning journey that both respects your existing professional commitments and offers unparalleled insights into the world of venture capital.

The Fellowship provides a robust, hands-on experience across the entire VC investment cycle, from sourcing and diligence to portfolio management and ecosystem building. You will benefit from our disciplined approach to venture capital, working closely with investors, and learning to identify and cultivate investment opportunities. Our program is structured as a three-month rotation in four departments: deal flow, ecosystem, portfolio, and fundraising. Fellows will contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week for 12 months. We estimate that the program is 90% hands-on immersive experience and 10% curriculum.

We're especially interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about working with underrepresented founders and overlooked geographies, as this is central to HSEP's investment thesis. Through this fellowship, we aim to equip fellows with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the venture capital industry, particularly within our focus areas of Future of Work, Health Tech, Clean Tech, and Consumer Internet.
